This is the PDF digital pattern for the Chickety Chicken only. You will receive an email containing the download link within 24 hours of purchase to download your pattern.
The pattern is on A4 paper so check your paper size when printing. I normally print the page at 100% and go from there.
This is a fun project for beginners and more experienced stitchers alike. There are also a couple of YouTube videos to show you how to sew the chicken too.
You will need a piece of fabric 12cm x 22cm and some offcuts of felt for the beak and comb (approximately 6cm x 4 cm for the comb and 2cm x 3 cm for the beak).
The finished chicken is roughly 10cm tall. The pattern can easily be adapted to increase or decrease the size of the chicken. I work it out by drawing a rectangle and make sure the long side is twice the short side, then add your seam allowances. Then adapt your beak and comb accordingly.
On YouTube, look for my channel Elizabeth Bond The Smart Stitcher and then there are two Chickety Chicken Sewing Tutorials of the same name, part 1 and part 2. I have linked them below too.
